● Learning Management System (LMS) Database Administration
● Provide IT training Help Desk support for students across all US Government and Military offices and installations across Europe.
● Desktop Support with break/fix and tier-2 support activities for 34 training and testing computers
● Installation of 34 training and testing computers allowing me to train 28 students broken into 2 classes, while also testing 6 individuals.
